Til 3 små baguetter:
400g hvetemel
1 ts salt
25 g gjær
3 dl vann, lunket
2-3 ss olivenolje
Lag deigen på vanlig måte ved å røre ut gjæren i det lunka vannet og bland alle ingrediensene.
Elt godt og hev til dobbel størrelse;
Kna godt før du deler deigen i 3 emner:
Rull ut lange pølser og vri, slik får du en twist. Etterhev i 20 minuter;
